How long are the massage sessions? Our standard sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. We believe this gives us the right amount of time to provide a truly effective and relaxing experience.

What should I expect during my first visit? Your first visit will begin with a brief consultation. Your therapist will discuss your health history, any specific areas of tension or pain, and your goals for the session. This helps us ensure your massage is perfectly tailored to you.

What is your cancellation policy? We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

Do you offer gift cards or loyalty programs? Yes, we do! Gift cards are available for any denomination or service and are a perfect gift for loved ones. We also have a loyalty program to reward our returning clients. Please ask at the front desk for details.
